Terms and Conditions
We accept returns for exchange only within 7 days - on non custom regular price, non sale items. An exchange must be requested by email within 7 days of your receipt of the order. After we receive your email we will email a customer exchange number. Items returned for exchange must be in original condition, returned by major carrier with insurance and tracking (USPS, FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible for items lost in shipping. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Exchanges will be allowed for items of the same or greater cost and your credit will be the amount paid less shipping / insurance costs.
Christmas Gift Exchange - for items purchased for Christmas, after 11/15, exchanges are allowed similar to the above with an email request sent by January 1.
